These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of website design and development services by Strivonex Ltd ("Strivonex", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing a website build package through the Strivonex website, the client ("you", "your", or "the client") agrees to the following terms.
Strivonex provides website design and development services through fixed packages, including but not limited to:
Each package includes a defined set of features as described on the Strivonex website at the time of purchase.
Website builds are intended to provide a professional online presence and may include design, layout, content structuring, and technical setup.
Services outside the scope of the purchased package may require additional fees.
Once payment has been received, the client will be directed to complete the Strivonex Digital Presence Brief.
This form collects essential business information, branding assets, and content required to begin development.
Strivonex cannot begin work until all required materials have been submitted.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the website build, including but not limited to:
The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are legally owned or licensed for use.
Strivonex accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from materials supplied by the client.
Where Strivonex assists with writing website content, the content will be based on information supplied by the client.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to the website launch.
Strivonex will design and develop the website based on the information provided in the Discovery Brief.
Each website package includes a defined development scope.
Reasonable design revisions may be included depending on the package purchased.
Requests for significant design changes, additional pages, or new functionality outside the package scope may incur additional charges.
Clients may upload images and media to be used on the website.
If the client does not provide sufficient imagery, Strivonex may use licensed stock imagery where appropriate.
The client retains responsibility for ensuring that all uploaded media is legally permitted for use.
Website build packages are payable in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work will not begin until payment has been received.
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
Typical website build timelines range between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the package and responsiveness of the client.
Delays in providing requested materials, feedback, or approvals may extend the project timeline.
Strivonex cannot be held responsible for delays caused by client inactivity.
Before launch, the client will be given an opportunity to review the website.
Once the client confirms approval, the website will be published.
Following approval and launch, major structural changes may require additional development work and fees.
Maintenance services may be offered through optional Digital Care plans.
These plans may include services such as:
Maintenance plans do not include major redesigns or additional development unless otherwise stated.
Websites may integrate third-party services such as:
Strivonex is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures related to third-party services.
Upon full payment of the website build package, the client will receive rights to use the completed website for their business.

Underlying development methods, frameworks, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Strivonex.

Once development has commenced, refunds are not available.
If the client cancels a project after payment but before development begins, Strivonex may offer a partial refund at its discretion.
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold.
